Event Registration Details
May 27th - July 31st
Entering Grades: 9th - 12th, Boys & Girls
Boys: 6:45am - 8:00am | Mondays - Thursday (Fridays Off)
Girls: 7:45am - 9:00am | Mondays - Thursdays (Fridays Off)
Cost: $175.00 per athlete for the 10-week program (37 sessions at $4.72/session)

Week 1: May 27th - 30th  (Testing)
 Monday 5/26  Off - Memorial Day 
Week 2: June 2nd - 5th
Week 3: June 9th - 12th
Week 4: June 16th - 19th
Week 5: June 23rd - 26th
Week 6: June 30th - July 3rd
Week 7: July 7th - 10th
Week 8: July 14th - 17th
Week 9: July 21st - 24th
Week 10: July 28th - 31st (Testing)

**Make up for any training sessions that are missed can be scheduled at the Three Pillars Performance facility for no additional charge**

Purpose: To provide all Lincoln Lutheran athletes the opportunity to improve their strength and athletic ability during the summer.  We’re committed to providing an excellent summer workout program. The core part of these workouts are not sport-specific, but there will be parts of each workout that will involve individualized sport-specific activities - When registering each athlete will list their “top two” sports.

Activites: EXPLOSIVENESS, SPEED TRAINING, STRENGTH, INDIVIDUALIZED MODIFICATIONS (sport specific data collected during registration), INJURY PREHAB, FLEXIBILITY 

Goal: Athletes will pre/post test with a goal of improvement in each categorical lift.

Instructors: Certified Trainers from Three Pillars Performance.

Additional Information:

  • Athletes must provide workout clothes, shoes, and bring a bottle of water to each workout.
  • These are not mandatory workouts.
