Strength & Conditioning | Middle School Camp

Entering Grades: 6th - 8th, Boys and Girls
Time: 9:00 am - 10:15 am
2 Days per Week: $90.00 (10 Week Program - 18 Sessions)
4 Days per Week: $175.00 (10 Week Program - 36 Sessions)
Minimum of 12 people needed for 4 Day per week class option

*Note: Week 1 will run Tuesday-Friday due to Memorial Day.

All other weeks will run Monday-Thursday.

All "2-Day" Session athletes will attend Thursday / Friday of Week 1.

Purpose: To provide all Lincoln Lutheran athletes the opportunity to improve their strength and athletic ability during the summer.  We’re committed to providing an excellent summer workout program. The core part of these workouts are not sport-specific, but there will be parts of each workout that will involve individualized sport-specific activities - When registering each athlete will list their “top two” sports.

Activities: EXPLOSIVENESS, SPEED TRAINING, STRENGTH, INDIVIDUALIZED MODIFICATIONS (sport specific data collected during registration), INJURY PREHAB, FLEXIBILITY

Instructors: Certified Trainers from Three Pillars Performance.

Additional Information:

  • A minimum of 30 athletes must register to avoid cancellation
  • Athletes must provide workout clothes, shoes, and bring a bottle of water to each workout
  • These workouts are not mandatory
