Youth Camp
Date: May 29th - July 26th
Entering Grades: 6th - 8th
Time: 10:00 am - 11:15 am
2 Days per Week: $70.00 (16 Sessions)
4 Days per Week: $100.00 (32 Sessions)

High School Camp
Date: May 29th - August 2nd
Entering Grades: 9th - 12th
Boys: 7:00 am - 8:15 am
Girls: 7:45 am - 9:00 am
Cost: $65.00
USE CODE:  CODE1 at checkout.  You should not pay upfront since it will be billed through FACTS at end of summer if the athlete has not met attendance standard to earn free lifting.  This camp has to be checked out seperate from any other camps.

High School Camp
To provide all Lincoln Lutheran athletes the opportunity to improve their strength and athletic ability during the summer.  We as a Coaching Staff are committed to providing a top of the line summer workout program as well as a structured and positive environment for your son or daughter.  These workouts are not sport specific but aimed at developing better athletes.

For athletes to attend training sessions four days per week.

Activities:
Strength workouts along with speed, agility, plyometric and core specific and flexibility instruction

Additional Information:

  • Athletes must provide workout clothes and shoes
  • Please bring a water bottle
  • These are not mandatory workouts

  • A minimum of 30 athletes must register to avoid cancellation
  • Athletes must provide workout clothes and shoes
  • Athletes should also bring a bottle of water to each workout    
  • These workouts are not mandatory but encouraged
